Ok, made it. Took advice from another comment and drained the yolks to get the yolk lining off. Also, only used 4 eggs. Added 2 packets of erith/stevia and 5 drops of oooflavors wheat bread flavoring.
Mine is a flat loaf, but man, it tastes just like a really buttery biscuit. No egg flavor! There is egg texture. That being said this is the best keto "biscuit" ive ever had!!! Will taste amazing with egg and cheese on it! Or even some sausage gravy!
I will also be cutting this recipe down to make smaller portions in microwave (1 egg, 1 TBS coconut fl, 1 TBS butter, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 drop wheat bread flavor, lil bit of stevia) will be my plan.
    Thanks alot for the recipe!

Baked one last night, had to reduce the temp to 160C. Fpr half cup coconut flour can i reduce the amount of eggs to 5 so it will not be so eggy? Do i double the amount of ingredients if i want to use 1 cup of coconut flour?

Just as a note, I followed this recipe exactly but my batter turned out more thick than yours, I will update how it turned out overall soon UPDATE: the bread barely rose, and it was quite moist in the middle, but tasted good at least

Table spoons, cups… nope, this is where you stop. Every person that makes recipes needs to make them in metric system, we all have digital scales in our kitchen so there is no reason to keep counting in weird measurements.

Made this today. It looks just like in the video but i do find it very eggy tasting. I used 7 medium eggs. I did add 2 teaspoons of vanilla which makes it smell like cake. Great recipe but will cut down to 3 eggs next time. Im on keto and am a carb lover big time esp 🍞. Im delighted to have a bread i can eat.

The only problem is that one cup of coconut flour is incorrect….honestly. It happened twice to me that the batter went really thick instead of being runny…. Should I put less than half a cup of coconut flour or I should use instead of 7 eggs, 8 eggs…??? Anyone? Pls help

Thanks for this video. Has anybody tried using Egg Beaters (or some other brand egg substitutes) in this recipe? I'm not on keto but I do like low carb breads and baked goods, I also like to control my fat intake.

This was disgusting, it has a heavy egg taste and left a heaviness on my chest, I need recompense for 14 eggs used to make this bread as my pan was bigger so I doubled it. I like a lot of your other recipes though.

I love making bread with spelt flower, so getting down on carbs this seemed like ok, love coconut and eggs.
Used coconut oil instead of butter.
first mistake was to mix it with eggs straight from the fridge, leaving crusts of coconut grease, haha… So I had to melt it slowly in the bowl by warming it with hot water.

Then, all seemed fine, the bread rose to unexpected heights…I was extremely surprised. Then second mistake I made was to take it out if its form straight from the oven, and put it back in the oven to get this crispy crust…then my bread collapsed like a very tired sad looking peace of hopelesness..:(

Not sure how it tastes, i am fasting…waiting for it to cool down.
other than that i think it is promising. Love the vid and I enrolled.

I made this recipe now, it doesn't taste eggy but the consistency was more like cake than bread I didn't have xanthan gum so I guess that's why it turned out cakey, only the crust looks like bread. This bread is too flat I thought it would be much more bigger the slices are very small they are about 3 inches / 8cm. I expected more bigger slices so maybe I try another recipe. I ate half of the bread to get full I will try more of your recipes 👍🏻
