I just cook for 1 so I'm going to adapt this to a single serving mug version. Then, a side of Quest nacho chips and single serving of WHOLLY Guacamole! Thx for the inspiration. PS probably a diet Dr Pepper, too!

I made this today for supper. I use my home canned chicken that was flavored with rosemary and thyme. It was sooo good. I use frozen jalapeno that had been seeded before freezing. I added the paprika to the cream cheese sauce and use cheddar cheese on top. It was so delicious. It was not too spicy. My hubby and I gives this recipe 2 thumbs up. Thank you so much for sharing.

Looks wonderful as always. Just wondering do u have a casserole recipe that doesn't contain dairy listed in your utubes?? I've been having to cut back on so much dairy. I've always been lactose intolerant. But when I started keto it seemed better,,but then its finally catching up with me again..lol

Love this recipe!! I wonder if I could substitute hwc with sf coffee creamer. Not able to get my mitts on either at the moment but have some creamer on hand. TFS stay well.

This sounds yummy! I actually make something almost exactly like this, but I use canned chicken, and chopped jalapenos in a can, and just mix it all together in a saucepan and call it jalapeno popper chicken salad. I usually make it into a wrap, with low carb tortillas.
