Thanks for this recipe! I am not doing keto but I am eating low carb so I have had to stay away from the wonderful dishes you usually cook. Sigh…… I dont know if you have ever cooked radishes but they are truly different when cooked and work well in stews. BTW: it is not the fact that your liner is plastic but rather that you are heating it and adding pressure to boot! I am not confident that there is not leaching from the plastic.
