Thanks for this recipe. Starting to transition into a low carb/keto diet and I love ribs. Quick question, what kind of sweetener did you use? Momkfruit, stevia or something else? New to this so while reading up on it, am kind of clueless on apt if things.

I feel silly for asking this, but what's the amount per serving? I see the calories and the net carbs and all the other nutritional information but what equals one serving? Does one rack of baby back ribs equal one serving?

Nice recipe but doesn't tell how long to cook the ribs. Someone commented that it takes about 3 to 4 hours. I was cooking using the video recipe then realized it didn't say for how long so I looked through the comments. I hope they turn out good. fingers crossed. 😅

The membrane on those ribs seemed pretty easy to remove but they sometimes are a bear. A tip for removing them (which you must do) is to grab a corner with a piece of paper towel and it holds it nicely and makes it much easier to remove. Recipe looks delish. Low and slow in the oven is the best way to go.

Since I can't eat Pork, would Beef Back Ribs work the same? Perhaps some other Beef Ribs. I welcome any suggestions. I really miss my pork but have to find alternatives. Love your channel!

Don't pull the rib membrane from a corner. Put a fork tine under the center of the membrane and above a bone. Then insert your finger and pull straight up. 1000% easier.

Yet another great recipe! Removing the membrane is very important. I have done this same technique, but have used an Instant Pot for the fall off the bone part, and then finish with the sauce in the oven or on the grill.

Why do people make these beautiful cooking videos and then end it by stuffing food into their mouths and then talking with a mouth full of food. There's an edit function for a reason. Chew the food, swallow then come back and talk about it.
