    I make chick pea curry a lot, but I buy dried chick peas, soak them overnight then boil then on low for an hour or 2. After draining, I cheat; I use Japanese curry that comes in block form, it's delicious. If I want heat, I'll add some Korean gochujang paste to the curry. I often have small Thai red peppers in my fridge and they pack some heat. When I was vegan years ago, I always saved the water from canned chick peas to use in other meals. I became so malnourished that I was almost hospitalised so after 2 years I dropped the vegan diet and I didn't realize how much I missed cream in my coffee.
    You should see Kay's post today; Queen's chocolate pie. There was a bug in the flour and egg shells in the custard. Yummy! I'm still wondering if she's trolling us. I find it hard to believe that someone her age is so inept in the kitchen.

    Put a wooden spoon in the boiling water and it won't boil over. Works for potatoes and pasta anything really. And to get the baked on crud off the stove top take some viniger and baking soda sprinkle over the whole top put a damp towel over it for 20 min. Wipe off all the excess and take a razor blade or knife and run it across the burnt bits. Comes off super easy with little effort! Tune in next week for more!

    Aw, normally I would've sent this to my sister, well actually, she probs would've sent it to me first, lol, it was her who introduced me to your channel lol (she loved watching you lol) but she passed away 8wks ago today ~ Im not after pity/sympathy or anything, I just mentioned it because of the timing/the way I was feeling + weirdly this brought some comfort hahaha (wtf?! Lol!) So basically just wanted to add a THANK YOU for bringin the "goods" tonight and making me laugh, I needed it! 🥰🖤 Kay's chips always look immense to be fair, lol. As for the bean juice lol, like with peas + sweetcorn, I (and others I know lol, so not just me.. but we're British too, so meh) usually cook them in the juice they come in, thinkin maybe it helps them soften quicker + stops them sticking to/burning the pan lol.. couldn't just put them in dry + cook them, surely? I dont fvcking know, lmao! It's just somethin I always saw done lol, but feck no, NEVER eat it ~ Cook them in the juice then drain before serving, lol, hmm! But fml, that curry flavoured water.. thats just grim lol! 🥴🤢🤮 Legend! 😂🤣 Aaanyway, I paused after you were like "No.. Not chick-EN pea" – I almost spat my cup of tea out and paused to comment loloool, so gonna watch the rest now! 😂🤣🖤🤘🏻
