    This looks great. A little doubt on the macros. I've always thought chicken breast had around 30g protein per 100gms? Chicken thighs have a little less than this at about 23-24g. Is there some difference with the pieces that you used?

    Started my weightloss/muscle building journey about 3 months ago and even tho i was always consistent with my training i was struggling with the food. Reason being: 1. I just moved out my parents and have never cooked every meal of the day for my self and 2: I just didnt know what to food to cook in general to help me with my goals. Until i found this channel.     I started recently to cook your recipe and they are really delicious! For me I want to gain muscles, so I have to double the amount of every ingredient. Even though I like your recipes a lot, I would appreciate some videos of high protein lunch meals that are vegetarian, because I don´t want to eat meat every day. Btw the Avocado Dip is truly amazing!

    If you're able to find them, I highly suggest Ole's "Xtreme Wellness" large wraps. Made with flaxseed and wheat, they are 80 calories (and large, mind you) with 8 grams of protein.

    they taste great, hold up extremely well to being frozen and are bigger than most of the "large" flour tortillas I have access to. I'm not a shill, but I would love to be paid to promote them. Best "health" wrap out there.
