Ive done this a couple of times and its such a great taste! I made my paneer using a tofu press but it was very crumbly still. How can I make it firm?

Hi. I really liked your recipe. However, after cooking the all in for 10 mins the pepper turned soft. I was hoping for little crunch in it.

This looks seriously good! Also, very simple to make. It's on the menu for my next "Lads curry night". A couple of questions though. Will it freeze? And would it benefit from a marination in lemon juice, Kashmiri chilli powder?
She has cut vegitables and paneer so perfectly in shape and the recipe is utterly delicious… I am actually in the middle of the recipe right now!, cant wait to finish it.
