Girl! You’re scaring me with that knife. Try using a larger one, that knife looks dangerous. Glad you got through cutting up that cabbage without an incident. Surprised you use box mix instead of making your own from scratch. However, wherever you can cut corner, go for it. Jiffy is good stuff to use to cut down on time. Yes, I’ve heard of cooking a roast with cabbage, grew yup on it.

This pot roast meal looks REALLY GOOD!!! Once again your the only one I know that uses cabbage in pot roasts!!! I use it in the pot roast and stews I make I love the flavor it imparts to the entire dish!!! Gonna be making this soon already have all the ingredients needed on my shopping list. I've never made jerk ANYTHING, so have no idea how it tastes and if its hot (with spices) my partner had diabetes and cancer in his stomach so can't tolerate the "heat" he loves so much anymore…so Im curious and in my opinion yiur the BEST person to ask what the flavors are like in Jerks…are there hotter and milder versions? Ibe made beef and venison jerky before in my dehydrator years ago but ised my own brine. No more kids in the house so I don't do as much as I once did…plus since spinal neck surgery has left me less able to do some things too…so I watch YOU using these new fangled devices and learn so MUCH from YOU!!! Your AMAZING!!! Thank you for ALL you DO SIS!!! Ive learned much and will learn much more I'm sure!!! Im on this post again today to watch you make THAT corney bread!!! I'm making it for supper tonight with Kentucky Kernal breaded chicken strips/tenders I ordered some after watching you make chicken with it and it's delicious!!! So thays whats for dinner HERE…wish I was enjoying a plate of your scrumptious supper THERE!!! Brightest Blessings MzBrazell!πŸ’œ

NEVER SEEN NOBODY COOK CABBAGE AND POTATOES, ROAST AND CARROTS IN THE SAME POT BEFORE, IT LOOKS DELICIOUS THOUGH 😍 BUT THE CORNBREAD IS A THING FOR ME I LOVE CORNBREAD πŸ˜‹ CAN'T MESS IT UP SO. WOULD IT BE BETTER FOR 2 BOXES OF JIFFY MIX SINCE YOU USE 2 CANS OF CORN AND 2 EGGS? JUST ASKING BECAUSE I WANT TO TRY YOUR RECIPE 😊

Hey, suggestion, when using a cutting board , put a damp paper towel or kitchen towel under it to prevent the board from slipping and sliding. Also, use a sharper knife, a dull knife is dangerous. I think the corny bread would have come out better if you had baked it in an iron skillet. That aluminum pan was a poor choice, but it looked like the taste was there. Keep up the good work

I use the outer leaves for cabbage rolls. Sometimes I even cut them up and use them with the rest of the cabbage. If they are dirty I wash the leaves real good and cook them and add collards to them as well…they are yummy! 😁

Looks sooooo delicious!! I could almost smell through my computer!!! I grew up on cabbage and potatoes. I almost bought cabbage when I went grocery shopping yesterday. Instead I bought chicken and thought I would air fry it in my air fryer using your KFC seasoning mixture. My husband really likes KFC chicken, so I thought I would surprise him tonight. Your cabbage dinner looked so yummy, I am definitely am making it! Thanks for the video!!

I LOVED that video! MY kind of food! Can't get enough of it.πŸ‘πŸ‘
Sweetheart, I find that by spreading water inbetween the counter top and that cutting mat you used, will keep it from sliding.
I do that with the pastry mat too, to keep from sliding when rolling dough, and works fine for me.

See, yall laugh when Mr. Walter puts a hurtin' on that beef with the seasoning, but he BBQs and he KNOWS HOW MUCH SEASONING IT TAKES TO MAKE THICK CUTS OF BEEF TASTE GOOD. DON'T HATE, RECOGNIZE! And that beef can take up most of the seasoning. And I love that cornbread. Definitely will try that.
