The first time I had a shrimp cocktail I was 5 or 6. It was the bestest thing ever (Not good, not better, not even best). It had a piece of lettuce in the bottom where the sauce is placed. I even ate the lettuce.

Hi! This is my first time commenting. I love your videos and being an Oceanside native I was ecstatic when you mentioned "the Burto Brothers" as my family calls them, but I have to say I was offended that you put rice in the carne asada burrito. Adding rice is just sacrilegious!! I will give you a pass since you only had them during summers. Lol. I still love the channel and you. (Just leave the rice out next time.)

Would’ve been ironic if he had choked on food. Also serious note, where’s the dessert. Also also serious note, choking isn’t fun and it would depress me seeing him die

I can not put in to words how much I appreciate that Josh eats like a human garbage can….and also like one of the wealthiest men alive. He also cooks like a pro, and yet you can tell every time he talks he hasn't been to culinary school.

What's the idea of doing a beautiful broth for those shrimps and then after boiling them you put them in to cold water and all the flavour disappears. Waste of good looking broth man.

Hm… I'd have a whole sushi and sashimi platter, some garlic bread, made just like Josh and some good pasta. finish it with some iced coffee and tiramisu and mochi. 😅

The cheese you had for the ranch, I thought it was Mobay and I briefly got excited. It’s my fav cheese because it’s half sheep/half goat separated by an ash core/rind. It’s lovely.

Josh’s dark humor and cooking are both 🤌🏻
Also, probably my Mom’s chicken “enchiladas”, which are have little to no Hispanic influence, heavy Midwest influence, but are absolutely amazing
