Okay, so now I watched the entire video. I highly recommend people look up the ingredients that you do not know about. I'm one of those people who "brings" up careegen for example, which is a highly processed part of irish moss, which seems to be sea moss (I'm not sure if careegen comes from other sea weeds too). I avoid it. Read about aloe, spirulina, ect… first and not just from companies selling the stuff.
I live in Europe. I am always blown away at how much bigger everything seems to be in many of the houses – the kitchen, even the bags of frozen beeries. I'd love a nice big kitchen with a big table to sit at.
My beautiful mom developed cystic acne in her early 20's. I wish people had more been aware of certain triggers back then (early 60's on). I have met quite a few women who have had this.
i was back in San Francisco, CA visiting my friends and university, next to which was a shopping mall, in 97'(?). I loved soft ice cream! I went to McD's and ate at least two of the Mc Flurry jobbies. The next day I had crater like acne on my face, chest back, shoulder… the trunk…even my thighs. I learned by chance, that a hormone like drug was being used in some cattle farms to increase milk production because farmers and dairy producers not using milk from these farms had a sticker on their products AND the pharma giant , the big M, sued so as to stop it. THAT is what caused my painful acne. Unfortunately it took a couple of days for me to learn about it.

The way my acne has cleared up on this wfpb diet is what keeps me consistent. It has been a struggle to stick with it since starting to eat this way since last August, but it is truly the only thing that has healed my skin.
