    Very inspiring and grateful for you. Maybe you could tell me what you think of Dr. Brooke Goldner? She cured her lupus with diet change. I started her hyper-nutrion 4-week program today. I was told that my autoimmune disease is terminal. My mother died from it and we get about a 7-10 year prognosis once it is discovered. I have had mine for a couple of years. I am determined to beat this illness and live a full life. Thank you for helping people like me to heal and live well. God Bless You!

    Wow an app sounds amazing..I am non techy and am unable to do fb stuff or Instagram I can do zooms uf sent to my email address. Is this doable for me…are recipes printable! I can only print from my laptop so if it comes to my email I can then print-out recipes …thanks Javant!

    He is fabulous!!! I came across him on Instagram perhaps last year, and I’ve been watching his show since then.

    I made his banana bread. My family and grandchildren love it. Yes, I do mix the almond flour along with other flour.

    I also made his avocado salad dressing. So delicious!!

    My LDL cholesterol was about 150mg/dL on paleo even though I was lean and fit. I switched to WFPB (whole food plant based) and stayed lean and fit but LDL cholesterol dropped down to 50mg/dL. Blood pressure improved too. Game changer

    I have a similar story- got super sick, every doc recommended Paleo so I stuck to it religiously until I was having chest pains daily, hair falling out like crazy, deep depression and then I found Anthony William, the Medical Medium. Went vegan overnight and never looked back. I’ve only gotten healthier every day since. Recommend him and his books to everyone looking for true healing.
