    I've been wanting to make this for ages, and today, I finally did. It was a smashing succes. Everyone loved it, though we all agreed that it didn't much taste like cream cheese, but still, we gushed over the light, spongy texture and ate it with some strawberries and raspberries. This is definitely going in our cookbook!
