I am a babysitting Nana as I totally understand those hectic days. Thankfully though I have come to learn early on that I have staples I buy and keep on hand just for that. Sometimes life happens and my meal prepping doesn't get done. I also keep hamburger in the fridge because there's quick easy ways to prepare it and always keep eggs on hand too. Although the price is ridiculous these days!

Hi. I'm doing a low carb diet at the moment to lose weight. I see that you're doing Keto as a lifestyle change, but could I ask, are you still losing weight, or are you at the stage where you're maintaining. I'm asking because I want to make a similar change, but once I reach my goal weight I'd like to compare for myself if what you're posting as your food each day in January is for maintaining weight or shedding it. Great posts by the way.

Made my first Chaffle today. I did egg, cheese and added some crumbled bacon and green onion. Then I made a sandwich with mayo, deli chicken, and smoked Gouda. OMG, delicious! Thanks for bringing this delight to my attention.

I’m not usually someone who comments or even scrolls and reads comments but I really enjoy all the encouragement from you and everyone here! This is my 3rd month living the keto lifestyle and I have two little ones myself and I work full time. My husband is very supportive of whatever I make for dinner but isn’t fully keto. It’s tricky doing this when your so busy! Thanks for posting! God bless ❤

Paula, I know it is so hard for you to do daily meal videos, but it has been such a blessing and help to me. I have such a very long way to go, so much weight to lose along with fibromyalgia, stenosis of the spine and nerve damage that means I have to walk with a cane. I have a drs. appt next Wed. with blood draw to see if I have crossed the line to diabetes. I have been doing this for almost 3 weeks and your encouragement and recipes are so helpful. Thank you so much.

Beautiful that you take care of your grand kids. 💜 I'm sure it's over whelming and exhausting but, wow how special is it that you and your grand kids get to bond at such a young age. 🙏💜

You are my friend in my head, my approach to keto is a bit more stringent because my health is a wreck. I’m taking bites with every video and sharing with friends. You deserve all the joy and hope that you are creating. Have a great day!!!

Yes I agree that this lifestyle would be hard to maintain without extra time to plan. The key for me when I busy is to always have certain staples on hand. I always have some low carb protein shakes, eggs, egg white wraps, cheese and steak ums. That way if it’s a crazy day instead of going off plan I can make some steak tacos, egg tacos, a protein shake etc. then I don’t really have an excuse.

Good morning Paula. You sure did have a busy day. We did too. It was rainy and miserable here too and that never helps, lol. Thanks for your encouragement and for all the effort you put In in spite of being so busy! Much appreciated!💕
