I don’t do oatmeal, but man I mixed a half a cup of low fat cottage cheese with three hard boiled egg whites, and one hard boiled egg, mixed it all together and I was full for 4 hours from that concaution, I threw som parm crisps on top for crunch too

Love Brookfield Zoo, we have a membership also, go several times a year and their summer concerts are great too. Great place just to walk and relax.
The zoo in Grand Rapids Mi had a lot of attractions closed too due to a bird flu or something going around. Very disappointing.
i like the zoo but I feel like the animals are sad because they can't run or be in their environment. However, it looks like you had so much fun family time.

Thank you for the recommendation! My Shihtzu has bad anxiety when it comes to ME leaving. He will literally howl like he's dying and sometimes even when left with my mom or someone else when I'm gone, he still howls or I come back to him panting and shaking. It is SO sad. I will try this.
Using double the water and adding protein powder makes oatmeal way more filling. When you cook it, the oatmeal is soupy, but when you add the protein powder after it is done cooking, it thickens up. It is important to use a whey-casein blend with hot oatmeal because it does not get all funky. ProJym protein does good in hot oatmeal too.

Girl you know I am going to try those bars on my gang. I want to use the CBd ones on Max for his grooming appointments. He becomes a turd for the groomer. 🤣 Lilly is scared of storms and 4th of July. Bailey is the poster dog for anxiety….or just super hyperness. And Waffles….she just is stubborn and tries to dominate everyone. She needs something to help her chill. I will definitely try these.
