Excellent job Charlie . You got my brain buzzing with memories of my grandmother cooking her stuffed turkey breast. I was too young to remember everything that it was stuffed with (and not into cooking lol). But what I do remember was that it was me and my moms favorite around the holidays, which if I’m not mistaken it was around Christmas time. I love that easy cocktail and appetizer as well. And last but certainly not least that Cannoli looked decadent and wonderful ! I am definitely going to try the stuffed turkey breast recipe. Thank you Charlie! I hope you and your family Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

Hey Charlie, I’m playing catch-up on all of my video watching escapades! What an awesome meal you’ve created here my friend. From the drink to the desert, everything was prepared perfectly in my opinion I’m very interested in re-creating, the stuffed turkey breast Italian style and will more than likely do this around Christmas excellent job brother 🍻 👍🏼

Nice little story in the intro, and let me tell you I love a GOOD cannoli. Can't find a good one in Washington State, but now back in Michigan, there are still some of those old school bakeries,…and Italian owned. All these recipes look very nice! Thanks for showing us your talents!

Wow!!! I want to taste all you made Charlie from drink, appetizer, main course and dessert. It looks so easy and you did not even touch a frying pan only the oven. I wish I can have all those ingredients with me. I tasted lemoncello before but it is rare here. Pecans and parmisano, proscuitto we dont have it here. Prunes we have. I love all your recipes today because dumping all ingredients and mix it and stuff it is a little stress free. I tried cannoli before but the sweet one with the cream in an Italian restaurant here but so expensive and small…For the longest time I always wonder how ricotta and mascarpone cheese tastes like since I am such a cheese fan. Excellent meal. We dont celebrate Thanksgiving here in the Philippines
