    Here are some extra tips which I missed in this video…
    1) For peda don't over cook the mixture or else it will become chewy like fudge. If the pedas become chewy then keep them aside for 4-5 hours at room temperature to set and they will get better texture.
    2) Store these desserts in refrigerator and they will stay good for 7-10 days.

    Kalakand did not come out well at all. There is so much moisture in paneer and mere cooking does not bind them together. It is of no use even with the addition of milk powder. The consistency shown in your video cannot be reached and it will remain as lumps.
