I believe you can cook whatever you want and you can be as creative as possible but when you are a celebrity and have millions of people watching, you must share good content and not crap like this. This is absolutely disgusting and nobody should watch or learn how to make this dish.

Mi chiedo perché tutto ciò? Perché mescolare ingredienti di ogni genere a caso e buttarci dentro degli spaghetti stracotti? Sembra vomito

Its orange because of food colouring. In the 1800s producers in cheddar region started coloring lower quality white cheese yellow to resemble better ones. Over the years they added more and more until cheddar cheese became remarkable for its distinct orange colour.

This is so disgusting that it is simply rude 😂🤪I would understand that it is with potatoes, or rice, but spaghetti, broken spaghetti? Pleeease …
I support experimenting in the kitchen as long as it makes sense and looks decent. Vincenzo, make some dish with chicken.

Vincenzo I love your videos and how you comment crappy recipes like this one (it remains very constructive and it's not just bashing). I'm part of an italian family and it's funny how you react like mia nonna would have (ma con parole piu sporche come puoi imaginare haha) !

About the orange cheese, I think that what she shows here is crap BUT where I Iive, in north of France, there is a cheese called "Mimolette" (the best one is the aged one, the "Mimolette extra-vieille" which kind of have the same texture as parmigiano). It has a deep orange color because of a natural colourant called "Roucou" in french ! Tastes very very good (lot of real yammyness in this)

    Cheers my friend !

I personally like good quality Cheddar. the better the quality the less orange it is, I agree on that with you, Vincenzo. However, I do not use Cheddar in combination with italian dishes. Chicken Pasta? no, thank you.

In order to answer your question, Vincenzo, the cheddar cheese is not suitable for pasta(my personal opinion). However, I like the taste. It has originated in England(in the region of Somerset, a small village called ‘Cheddar’).
I have done a little research and the Italian equivalent(I have never tried it) is the Bra Duro/Northern Italy/.
Going back to the 🇬🇧💂‍♀️Cheddar cheese, it can have a deep to pale yellow (off-white) color, or a yellow-orange colour when certain plant extracts are added, such as beetroot juice.🧀

Casserole is made using vermicelli noodles, NOT Italian pasta! Dios mio, the moment she broke the spaghetti was when I already knew someone is about to go very wrong.
