Oh my goodness, I didn’t realize you could make it with green tomatoes also! And I love the seasoning you put in there. I made red tomato jam for the first time this year. I had completely forgotten that it’s on my shelves in the larder until I saw this video! I wonder about myself sometimes 🤦‍♀️ LOL!

You can make zoodles. thinly sliced zucchini or any other squash, (I have a vegetable spiralizer but you can use your peeler to peel very thin slices too) – sautee with butter and use that as your noodles. Also you can purchase Koljac (koljak?) noodles, they're carb/gluten and sugar free.

Nomnomnom! Your jam looks amazing! I'm so sorry the armadillo found your property. They cause more damage than racoons and opossums combined. Not only do they dig ankle sprainers but, they'll also eat whatever they want in your garden and eggs!
The only good armadillo is a dead one. Trapping and rehoming an armadillo only harms the next farmer it finds.
Ask anyone, "I'm going to trap an armadillo. Do you want it? It's so cute!"
See how many takers you get. 😂
    Have a blessed weekend!
    Love you all bigly!
