It took me a while to get use to ketobiotic. The hormone building days was hard because I had to eat a lot more carbs (healthy carbs). At this point, my body is still in ketosis during those days just not as high, which is ok with me
😂 old habits die hard!! Don’t stress about weighing your foods, I understand the process behind your thoughts. Try not to think about gaining weight but focus on eating quality calories and carbs.. check out the book eating right for your blood type and see how that correlates with both keto and your current eating lifestyle.. it might help you.. I’m O positive and I NEED protein 😂 if I don’t have a lot of protein then I feel weak and tired.. I think you are doing awesome and I know you will benefit from your new lifestyle.
