    😂 old habits die hard!! Don’t stress about weighing your foods, I understand the process behind your thoughts. Try not to think about gaining weight but focus on eating quality calories and carbs.. check out the book eating right for your blood type and see how that correlates with both keto and your current eating lifestyle.. it might help you.. I’m O positive and I NEED protein 😂 if I don’t have a lot of protein then I feel weak and tired.. I think you are doing awesome and I know you will benefit from your new lifestyle.

    Here to support you in your journey. I have went from Keto to Low Carb for a health issue. I am also experiencing some anxiety about it but if we regain health it will be worth it in the end.
