    I started last September and lost 14 pounds in the first few weeks. After that my weight loss slowed but I'm now down 24 pounds. My stomach has shrunk so I don't eat as much and, like you, lunch is my biggest meal. I fast from 9pm until 2pm except for a small bowl of bran or oatmeal before bed. The last two hours, from noon until 2pm is the hardest, but I make myself busy during that time and it goes faster.
