made this tonight and ran into a problem…i scraped the bottom of the instant pot and still got he dreaded BURN notice. had to abort and dump everything into a pot – simmered on the stove on low heat for about an hour…was very good but not sure I really tasted the recipe the way it was meant to be. really bummed …I was worried I would get the burn notice – how did you avoid it? I believe your supposed to deglaze with a cup of water? If I do that will it change the recipe a lot? Thanks
