this was the best demonstration of a recipe that I've seen. you actually showed what button's to push, which I find to be the most important part of the demonstration, not so much the ingredients. Thanks
No to bone in chicken, no to water (chicken broth), and no to the burnt sausage.
I want the knife lol 😂
Boy do you raise some large chickens! Well done! Professional butchering.
Thanks Patti, looks yummy.
i didn't read all the reviews, but what kind of rice did you use? that came out sooo flu f f y. Also gr8 video. Loved the way you cut up the chicken. You made it look so easy. good job.
I would hold off on the salt until the end. There was a lot of salt used in the front end of the recipe that didn't bring flavor to the end. I like to keep the sodium down for my blood pressure I found that seasoning only towards the end reduces the salt and adds the flavor
nah, I'm out!
looks like chicken kabasa or briyani ..
You are so much fun to watch and boy can you cook! I have learned many things from your channel and I just want to say thank you!————————-Tressa Daigle
Good job, looks delicious!
Could you get any more unsanitary? The chicken is rubbing all around the drain. You may have washed it before processing, but undid all that with the chicken in the sink! I hope you sanitized the sink after or salmonella is a great possibility.
Non-stop wincing waiting for the knife to slip and slice open her hand. She knows her stuff.
Loved watching you cut up the chicken! Great lesson.
I lived in Gonzales for a while miss the food some of nices folks, anyway Patti what kind of meat bird you got there not only big but meaty…love jambalaya, crawfish boil corn , potatoes…red beans rice in smoked sausage…mmmmmm

new to your channel..what kind of chicken was that? That was a big chicken!!! I have chickens but they don't process out that big. Love my Instant Pot and can't wait to try your recipe. Looks tasty and we love Jambalaya.I tell everyone my Intant Pot is my new "maid" lol..
I am going to get that pot I like it.
i tried this grandkids loved it
hello, Quick question,,,, how much actual time did he Jambalaya cook in the elec cooker?
Thank you… inadvance.
Wow, that looks great. I noticed the old mixer in the corner. Is it an old Hamilton Beach? My old mixer is a Hamilton Beach…:)
Something to try. When I make soups & such using skin on chicken, after I process it and remove it from the pot to cool, I take that skin. Then place it on paper towels & put it in the microwave. Cook it for about a minute, depending on how much skin I have. When it's done you have some great toppings for soup[ or a dish. LOL
I've made Scrapple, soups, Jambalaya, rice, pasta, warmed up foods. It's a very versatile cooking device.
