this was the best demonstration of a recipe that I've seen. you actually showed what button's to push, which I find to be the most important part of the demonstration, not so much the ingredients. Thanks

I would hold off on the salt until the end. There was a lot of salt used in the front end of the recipe that didn't bring flavor to the end. I like to keep the sodium down for my blood pressure I found that seasoning only towards the end reduces the salt and adds the flavor

Could you get any more unsanitary? The chicken is rubbing all around the drain. You may have washed it before processing, but undid all that with the chicken in the sink! I hope you sanitized the sink after or salmonella is a great possibility.

Wow, that looks great. I noticed the old mixer in the corner. Is it an old Hamilton Beach? My old mixer is a Hamilton Beach…:)

Something to try. When I make soups & such using skin on chicken, after I process it and remove it from the pot to cool, I take that skin. Then place it on paper towels & put it in the microwave. Cook it for about a minute, depending on how much skin I have. When it's done you have some great toppings for soup[ or a dish. LOL

I've made Scrapple, soups, Jambalaya, rice, pasta, warmed up foods. It's a very versatile cooking device.

This looks awesome. I am really going to have to try it soon because you made my mouth water just watching, I have a GoWise electric pressure cooker. It is very much like the instant pot, so I will be trying this. Thank you for the video.
