Oh, you had me on that one! It's one of my favorite things! I don't have a spring form pan so I will use my round pan that is made for using in an Instant Pot & I'll be sure to Pam it well. I hope it comes out of the pan okay. Oooh! I just had another idea! I have a couple of those silicone egg bite molds. I could make it in those & put a dollop of frosting on each one for a bite size treat!

Have you tried microwave mug cakes? They bake in around 3 minutes. There are lots of demos on YouTube, made from cake mixes and from scratch.
