Have you tried dehydrating raw eggs? And you are totally correct, a watery egg is not a bag egg. If you ever crack a "bad" egg, you will NEVER EVER forget that smell. 🤢
When you were talking about breakfast for supper meals, it brought back wonderful memories of my husband when we were young. He was a diesel mechanic and big rig wrecker driver. He often spent hours out in field either hauling coaltrucks back to the shop or repairing them on the road. On snowy days he would come home and his skin would feel like touching an ice cube. I would shoo him into a warm bath and fix him "breakfast supper". "Breakfast" is his favorite meal and some bad winters we had "breakfast" more at night than in the mornings. His favorite, after a really long cold day of laying under a truck in the snow, was fried polish sausage, scrambled eggs and pancakes. 🥞🥛 (at our age now that meal late in the day would mean a night of heartburn! 😆👵)
