I bought the non-stick pan for my Instant Pot to make cleanup easier after cooking rice. Not sure if it is available for the 3 quart models. Cheers!

I didn't even know there was a little Instant Pot. The ones I've seen are like the size of huge buckets and keep getting bigger and more complicated with endless functions. Pretty soon we'll be able to send texts from it, lol. Warm rice pudding on a chilly morning sounds wonderful. Reminds me to cook some Indian pudding soon.
It's just great to have this way of making the rice especially with a small pressure cooker. As far as the cinnamon sugared rice. Yes, I did have as a kid and in a pinch.

I like rice for breakfast. I heat it up and put brown sugar and a little butter on it Yum ! Why didn't you use the rice button on your instant pot? I love my IP but haven't made rice in it yet. When I make rice in my rice cooker, I make extra, then bag and freeze it in portion sizes. It makes for a super quick meal. when I was a kid we sometimes had rice for supper with cinnamon, sugar and milk. Makes it taste almost like rice pudding. Thanks for the instant pot time on it.

Add butter a little sugar ,cinnamon & milk
