Although the recipes all looked great I live where it is hot and humid in the summer and I would never make meals that call for using the oven for an hour. Outside on the grill or salads are summer menus to me.

Is there a difference to cooking the lasagna same day when u make it and storing it in fridge for two days rather storing it in the fridge uncooked ?

Besides the amazing food …I am in awe of your saran wrap skills. Whenever I try to tear a long piece of plastic wrap it bunches and smooshes together. Grrr.

I love the video, but not the use of plastic gloves. Plastic is terrible for the planet and our health. You can always wash your hands soap will take away the smell, and if you think they still smell you can use vinegar.

another hint for the eggs is if you gently tap on a hard surface the bottom rounded part of the egg until you hear a loud cracking noise (it sounds like the egg is cracking) but its just the membrane inside the egg the eggshell will nearly always come off so much easier. i was dubious at first but was amazed that it works.

Hi Sonya. When I cook corn on the cob, I bring the salted water to a boil, pop the cobs in, make sure they are pretty much immersed and then boil for 5 min. Take them out and they are ready. I think 20 minutes is too long , but it is to your preference. I love your videos. They are so inviting.

My Goodness!! You are amazing . What you don't think of. My married kids are also hard working but would probably not bother with this, though they're good cooks. (I could be wrong). kudos to you, Sonya, for all the yummy foods that you do, and your gorgeous presentations

Love how the boys showed up just in time to help roll the fruit rollups, and the little guy gets his piece fed to him by a loving mama! The girls were obviously filming and producing the video!!! My grandmother always said some vinegar in the water can resolve broken egg “leakage”! Cheers! Michael Albuquerque NM
