Looks good. Love beef short ribs. I preferr 6-quart pots because 2 days worth of food can be cooked at once and all I have to do is warm it up. I don't have to cook every day or waste time and electricity.
I don't like air fryers or microwaves. Toaster oven or conventional oven preferred.
