Ohhh! I want! Where did you find the chorizo? What brand? All I can ever find is that soft stuff you sorta push out of a tube which dissolves into nothing. EDIT: found Spanish Chorizo at World Market just down the street, Palacios Iberico Spanish Chorizo. I’ll grab some tomorrow. 👍
