I thoroughly enjoy watching your channel for all your helpful info & recipes but have to say that seeing what Romy (&Abe) is up to is the bonus, lol, that cheeky face when she smiles at the camera, & talks to herself in the background while you are talking is just too cute. I am working on eating more veggies & my fruit quota has def increased. Keep making your videos, they are great!!

The chickpea ice cream looks so interesting. I might try bulking out my banana nice cream with 1/2 cup chickpeas and 1 banana instead of 2 bananas to get some extra protein in. A cute name for it could be "ice bean"!

Small white grinning polar bear dark chocolate cake 🤪 you always loose my focus when Romi is grinning and laughing. Adoooooorable. Yes hunger fullness please. I struggle with night snacking too and crisps calling me that my partner may bring in the house. Plus is the veggies move through a little too quick it makes me starving again. Oh and yes and from the last video yes please for James updates and progress.

I love eating WFPB and lost 45 pounds about 3 years ago eating this way. But I got lazy during covid, and my family refuses to eat many veggies, so I've kind of 'fallen off the wagon' and gained back 20 pounds. I recently found your Instagram and YouTube accounts, and you're beginning to motivate me to get back on that wagon to take care of myself by eating WFPB all the time again. Thank you for your videos and energetic, positive attitude! I'm trying the ice cream tomorrow!

Oh, I forgot to say……..about hunger fullness cues……..I don't really get hungry, starving. What I get is that I start to feel faint. And if I eat something at that faint moment I feel better, BUT, I never really know when I'm truly hungry. If this makes any sense, maybe you could address it. Thanks!

I'm sorry if you've already talked about this in a previous video, but did you breastfeed your baby while eating this way? I was doing starch solution before I got pregnant (I tried to follow it as much as I could while I was pregnant, butttt.. I was pregnant, okay?! Lol!) But now I am 8 weeks postpartum. I really want to lose this extra 15lbs of baby weight, but I don't want to hurt my milk supply!

You and Romi have beautiful eyes! Are there any foods Romi doesn't like? You are so lucky to have a gut that isn't sensitive to large amounts of cabbage, beans, etc. I love veg and eat tons, but if I eat as many cruciferous veg as I want my stomach goes nuts. Same goes for beans.

Listen to this young momma! She's motivated me again to introduce more veggies again and I've lost 5.5# in 3 weeks. I'm 63 so the weight doesn't just fall off easily anymore but this process IS working. Thank you Ami!

Hi Ami, you’ve done so well and you look absolutely amazing. My main goal is to lose weight and keep active whenever I can as I have a desk job. Did you do any weight training at all? Not sure whether to focus on that once I’ve lost the weight or do it whilst I’m losing. I need to include more vegetables xxxxxx

Hi from Ireland Ami! I cook in a similar intuitive way to you! I look at what I have in my cupboards & make a plan for the week & usually on the food shopping front it’s veggies & a few tins tomatoes/light coconut milk & beans/chickpeas (for the emergency times when I haven’t cooked them from scratch) I have sistema see through containers that I use to store my veggies (that I usually chop in one go!) & keep them handy & ready in the fridge for using. Right now I’m cooking Moong Beans in the Instant Pot we bought during lockdown times. I really enjoy your energy & enthusiasm. When you first thought of the ‘ice cream’ (I made that accidentally when making a smoothie-before adding the plant milk & also thought Eureka! Haha!) I was willing you to add a few dates for sweetness & you said you did! Delicious:)

Hi Ami, I would love some help with hunger fullness queues. I have lost 60 lbs on the Starch Solution and am challenged with the last pounds. As a volume eater, I often overeat especially at dinner. Thanks!

Hi Ami lovely to see you at lunch time . I had your mushroom gravy over my veggies at lunch time delicious 😋 Also I didn’t have any chickpeas so I used black beans instead in the microwaved chocolate cake again delicious and lastly a tip for making veggie prep quick and easy when I come home from shopping I break up broccoli and cauliflower etc into small florets and store ready to use in my fridge in those tie string muslin type bags that they sell in the supermarkets to put loose produce in ( 1 type of veg in each ) so when throwing veggies together it’s literally a 2 second job to throw them in a wok with soy and whatever spice !! X
