When using a pot such as this please include the amount of water used its very very helpful and important.
I don’t know what in the world kind of pressure cooker you have but it should not cook that fast. Turkey wings are extremely tough and do not come out fall off the bone unless well cooked for way longer. I had to cook mine for 2 hours on pressure cook before they fell off the bone. And that was only using 2 medium sized wings!
