Hi Mikey, just wanted to say thank you for making all your videos. You've opened up an entirely new world of food to me. Now when I see different items on traditional Asian restaurant menus, I know longer look at them confused and end up deciding not to try them because I don't know what they are. I was pleasantly surprised to see a new Hong Kong restaurant open in my area and more so when I saw many items you have eaten on your shows and that I knew the name of. I'm very happy to say that tonight I tried the shredded potato in hot oil for the first time and it is wonderful. Last week, I tried chicken feet in black bean sauce and steamed tripe. Both dishes I enjoyed thoroughly. Thanks once again

Oh my gosh these look so simple and delicious. Definitely going to try making them soon. Love your recipes, so glad to hear you'll be making more cooking videos.

Also just saw your mini announcement on your other video. So happy for you and Christine. When she said she could eat 4 of those giant sandwiches I knew she was a keeper! It's been a tough few years, so nice to see you happy and healthy with a perfect companion. Sending best wishes to you both from the rainy UK.
