I am moving across the country this week, so I apologize if I don’t respond to your questions quickly. I have been using my Instant Pot a lot this last week while I’ve been packing and getting ready to go! So I’m sharing a VERY quick meal that can be made in just a few minutes! I’m making Salmon and Potatoes right in your instant pot. The best part is…. it takes 3 minutes to cook. Yep. You read that right! Instant pot salmon only takes 3 minutes!
If you are just starting out using the instant pot, this recipe is PERFECT for you! The best part is, it is a dump and go, so you can throw everything in, set it, and walk away!

If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!

I understand you 100% when you say that you don't like frozen salmon, but some people buy it because that's what they can afford. To benefit such cooks, could someone please tell me how long to steam frozen fish fillets in foil parcels in the Instant Pot?

I absolutely love your videos, the audio of your videos are a little odd though? They sound very garbled until you switch to the voice over section and then the audio is perfect!
Hope your move goes smoothly and safely!!!!

Have a safe drive. Did you take your instant pot with you in the car for when you stop over night? Are you stopping or driving straight through with you and your husband taking turns driving and sleeping?
