I’ll be making this again with Mojo instead of chicken broth! Love this basic recipe! A favorite!
Excellent! Crisp and to the point with no back ground music. Some of these presenters are so sped up and repetitive music that it is a annoying.
Hubby came home with 4.5 lb pork loin for dinner. What to do??? This looks promising!! I am cooking it for 35 minutes on high on Pressure Cook. My pot doesn't have a manual setting. I left it in one piece. Removed the fat. I'll let you know how it came out.
omgosh…. making this in an hour!….cannot determine if the top was set on 'Sealing' and then 35 minutes, and then 'Venting' for 10 minutes!!….help!
Plain and simple..The Best I have Found….Love it

I’m enjoying your recipes! Quick, to the point, easy to follow! Thank you!
…This is so delicious! Unbelievably easy, quick and so tasty. I used salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
It was so easy to make. It was the best tasting pork roast I have ever made. I hope you make new recipes soon.
Do you cook on Meat setting or pressure cooking setting ?
One question, can I use the trivet for this recipe
Love the plain language used in describing this process. Straightforward dialogue with no attempt at being funny. Just like “listening” to a good cook book. Well done, I say.
If I wrapped in bacon would the bacon get done
this is dinner tonight! with rice, gravy, salad, yum!
I found a pork loin on sale and wanted a quick way to cook it in my fabulous Instant Pot. This looks like a nice easy way to do exactly that. I think Ill throw some Apple Cider Vinegar in the broth, it gives it a nice tangy flavor.
I am new to the instant pot. Will leaving the fat on cause a problem with the cooking? If my pork loin is 6.4 lbs will I still cook for the same amount of time?
Thanks for making this easy and actually showing the steps in detail. As a brand new instant post user, this was so helpful! you took some of the intimidation out of it all!
Awesome video, I am trying this tonight…thanks!
