PSA: Folks, PLEASE don’t use your bare hands to release the steam pressure like this idiot. That steam can seriously scald you. Use a wooden spoon or wear an oven mitt, and make sure your face is no where near it! Safety first!

Washing chicken will give you food poisoning?😂😂😂 Not cleaning meat… How disgusting!!! Processing meats for distribution, they could have been dropped, cross contaminated spaces, dipped in preserving solutions, anything. It needs to be washed–ALWAYS!

Thank you so much Todd. Your videos make me so happy. And bring me much joy! I love your recipes. And can’t wait to go to Winn Dixie grocery store and buy a chicken and some Bay. To start a delicious dinner. —Ted

Good tutorial on the pressure cooker as well Todd. As an 11 yr old my Gran taught me how to make Butter Pot Chicken. It's SO easy and yummy. My family's all time favourite chicken dish. Simply use dutch oven on stove top medium heat melt two sticks of butter place chicken breast down salt pepper turn over every 15 mins. At 30 min mark I add 1 sliced yellow onion reduce heat to medium low for another 30 mins. Always done by 1 hour mark meat practically falls off bone. At end of cooking butter becomes carmelised in onion so I slice chicken pour the butter onion on top. Great with garlic sour cream mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Cheers:).
