Amazon is showing this for $359.99 new currently! I could damage my current 6qt pot and buy 2 more and still come out ahead for that price. Not sure what's up with that. Weird. I'd love to have one but that's just craziness. I think they're really trying to capitalize on the IP craze is my only guess.

FYI folks… I really want the 8 quart bag like this. Not available online right now. I contacted the company. They simply sold out of the larger size during the holiday season. The 8 quart bags will be available about mid-February again. Can't wait!

Great video. I thing top is for serving accessories, etc, if taking food to pot luck, etc? I love traveling with my instant pot but always neat it with towels in trunk. This is my next gimme.

I'll never need a bag like that but is very cool. If tight for room you could store your instant pot in there and hang it on a hook away from the counter to give you max cooking space when needed.
Off topic, I made you and your mom's stuffed cabbage, and it turned out super good in the instant pot, only thing I did different was cooked the rice in the instant pot first then set it aside. Grandma Lil has the great recipe for that for sure… Also two heads of cabbage are needed unless you have a gi-mungas head lol. I also think the same exact recipe can be used for Stuffed Peppers.
