Been looking for a beef stroganoff that is more like Hamburger Helper. I know the traditional stroganoff is with things like mushrooms and onions but I hate those 🙂 This recipe actually looked like it might be closer to the HH I so love!

I added a twist and used carrots and mushrooms also, and it turned out delicious
Recipe and video are excellent. It is foolproof and easy to modify when you want to vary it. This was one of the first recipes I made with my instant pot. I often cook one meal on the stove while I cook a second meal in the instant pot for the next day.
Thanks for the video! If i wanted to use sliced potatoes instead of the egg noodles, would I cook it the same length of time?

This was delish. And so little effort required. My only adjustment was to thicken it slightly with Ultra Gel (Amazon). Totally amazing product that I heartily endorse.
