No, thanks. I make satin-smooth, custard style yogurt in my electric pressure cooker. It has an automatic Yogurt function that takes around 6 hours to get what I want.
When drained through cheesecloth overnight in the fridge, it also makes a delicious soft cheese that's great with honey poured on top, or mixed with finely chopped garden vegetables and used aa a spread on crackers.
There's a vegan version of gelatin, but I don't remember the name of it. I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian, so regular Knox gelatin always works perfectly for me.
