I love grits too but I'm very picky as to how I like them. They cannot be instant and they must have a lot of salt and cheese! Love that this recipe is small enough for me to make for me and my husband! Every other recipe I found was for a huge pot. Made some last week and they were so good! Question; do you have to let the pressure release naturally or can you do a quick release? Thx!
