Hi. Glad I found your page. I recently ordered an Insta Pot, and this is the first recipe I'm going to make. I've always wanted to make this sauce, but didn't want to cook for so many hours. This recipe looks great.

I love this recipe. I made it the other night. I adjusted it to my taste and it was delicious. The instructions for cooking the pasta are right on. I will never use the stove top method again. Thanks so much.

We really loved this one. It was excellent. Tasted soooooo great. I used beef broth instead of any wine. Other than that, I used the same ingredients. The cheese and heavy cream added in last really set it off.

Gotta give you some love, just had this very same meal for dinner and this recipe did NOT disappoint! Followed it to the letter and even had a guest drop by who enjoyed it more than me. Thanks for this recipe, and please keep them coming. We used red and white wine, and the heavy cream and cheese really made the difference. Holy cow, can't wait for leftovers tomorrow!! Thanks!

2nd time to watch – finally going to make it. Do you ever make just the sauce – without the pasta? If so, is there less liquid in the recipe? This is so big a recipe – and I am single – would vacuum pack and freeze for leftovers – if I make the sauce only….let me know?

Made this tonight. It is delicious! It was the first time I cooked pasta in the IP, so I was a little nervous. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The flavors were awesome (I added a bit of red pepper flakes). This recipe is a keeper. Thank you for sharing.

One thing I’ll say to avoid any confusion is that that brand, though made to look like ‘San Marzano’ tomatoes, are not tomatoes from Italy – you can actually see “grown and packed in the USA” in the shot in the video – buyer beware!
