– 3 and 1/2 lb gold potatoes, peeled and cut in half – 4 tbsp butter – 1 cup Parmesan cheese – 1 cup milk – Salt, pepper, garlic powder, to taste – Water
Place the peeled and cut potatoes in the instant pot and cover with water
Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes and release the pressure when done.
Add in butter, milk, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese. Mash until to reach your desired consistency. I prefer mine lumpy! Enjoy!!
