    Mine came out still domed. They did not flatten. Checked at 9 mnts, then baked for 3 more mnts. Removed from oven and cooled. Not done in center, but still domed. What do you think happened? Want them so badly😋

    I can’t wait to try these but wondering why you make 5 dozen cookies? If I had those in front of me I would eat 1 dozen a night! 😝 can you make it into a log and wrap and place in the freezer and slice off some when you need a batch? Have you tried freezing them? Have also thought about just dividing all of the ingredients by 5 to just make a dozen at a time. But I really like the freezing log idea better. Any ideas? And thank you for being so excited about these keto recipes because I’m right there with you on this being my lifestyle from now on.

    FYI!! I use Yacon syrup in place of Molasses. It looks, smells and tastes pretty much the same. However it has less than 4 carbs per 1 tbs where molasses has 16. I buy organic pure yacon syrup from Blue Lily on Amazon.

    I've been eating raw egg dough and cake mix my whole life and never got salmonella. My husband literally drinks raw eggs Rocky-style. Never an issue. I'm suspecting this was advice given regarding fresh, unwashed eggs. The eggs you buy in the store are pretty much sanitized.
