My tip for handling left over ginger : Grate remaining ginger and mix with a little water or broth. Store in a snack size zip bag and lay flat in freezer. This way you can take a little or a lot to flavor dishes.

Hi Elizabeth! I have watched your videos for the last five days, ever since ordering my IP from amazon. I really appreciate how you are: kind and encouraging, open about some of the hurdles you’ve had while using the IP, and don’t seem to take anything too seriously. I do not eat Paleo, so I will be tweaking some parts of your recipes (😅), but feel very comfortable in trying your recipes because of your willingness to test and share what you’ve learned.
God bless you and your dear family.
    Thank you.

The fact you mentioned about deglazing your inner pot happens to be in the instruction manual. I’m a newbie to Instant Pot & even I knew a glazed pot could cause problems. It might show up as "food burn", etc. The point is, I knew it as a newbie because I read the MANUAL. Pressure pot, whether electric or stove top can be dangerous if not handled properly. People should read their manuals.

We absolutely LOOOOOVE our Instant Pot.>>>ur2.pl/1046 We got it on Prime day and have used it every day since. Like most people, we fell into a rut of making the same meals over and over. The Instant Pot has opened up a whole new world for us. We are still discovering new recipes and having a lot of fun. If you are considering one of these, don't hesitate. I HIGHLY recommend it.

    Rice isn’t paleo.
And if you put a kitchen towel under your cutting board it won’t slide around so much-that’s dangerous.
Looks good. But seriously, rice isn’t paleo. Maybe Riced cauliflower as an alternative

Hi Elizabeth, I got my pot just a few days ago…love it! Yesterday I made this recipe and it was delicious! I served it with cauliflower rice and it was such a satisfying meal. Tonight I'll be following your recipe on the whole chicken. Thanks again for your efforts. Your videos are very helpful! ❤️
