Hi Robin, thanks for the recipe, think it will be made for Sunday breakfast. Since we don't eat white flour will use almond flour. I make pancakes with almond flour and they are good, but this looks even better.

Hey rockin Robin, I'm curious what state are you cooking in? And it looks like you used to own a restaurant. I'm presuming Mexican food? In Tucson Arizona and brought up in southern Cal so Mexican food is my absolute favorite!!
