    I love your videos! You and I are a lot alike and I really can relate to you! You make it easy to follow the recipe. I had gastric bypass surgery 24 yrs ago and now I am suffering from some pretty severe health issues. 1st. my stomach simply refuses to digest meat any more. 2nd my intestine are a mess from being shortened by almost 50 %. I stayed at a consistent weight of 145 to 155 for 23yrs but the last few have been aweful. But I have been investigating a plant based diet because I can digest beans and veggies. Plus I found quinoa which I love. Also I eat whole grain couscous. I really have to be able to add extra calories in all my food but it is hard doing it right. Because I struggle to weigh 115. So your style of cooking is really helping me so thank you. Some plant based people are not so kind like it's an exclusive club and you have to know a special pass word to get in. I just want to eat to live because it sometimes is tough for me and all I can do is drink home made bone broth (which I drink daily like coffee.) Any way keep up the healthy cooking I really appreciate you!

    Another question Tina ~ is that a 2 tablespoon measuring spoon you're using? You say to add 2T of the spices, but put in just one of the measuring spoons. I just want to make sure. Thanks!
