    So after this learning experience, I will make the following adjustments to this recipe.
    -Use only 2 lbs of ground turkey per batch (to keep it from being a big meat patty at the bottom, also to avoid filling the Instant Pot over capacity recommendation).
    -Add about 3/4 bag of butternut squash while still sautéing for a bit (to better mix them up and keep the meat from all sticking together).
    -Add less than the 2 cups of water the recipe calls for (but need at least 1 cup for Instant Pot to work properly).
    -I will definitely use the immersion blender again. Although I don't want it to be all pureed, I need to be sure that there is enough meat in each scoop, especially after we have fully transitioned from commercial food.
