    My boy and I made this today. Omg so delicious. We used last weeks left over smoked pork ribs and your recommended sausage. Lots of bacon. We used chicken broth instead of water. Thank you

    You eat your red beans with a fork, I can't trust ya. Would adding chicken stock vs water be a hindrance? I never use straight water to cook, but I'm far from professional.

    Thanks for the recipe, but I try and eat everything in a bowl with a spoon. Yes even some pastas. Guess I can't be trusted, but I'm still gonna steal the recipe and claim it as mine.

    Thank you chef! This recipe is in my instant pot right now and it already smells amazing.

    One thing for us clumsy people – use the long handle of a wooden spoon to turn the release valve to vent the steam from your pot to not burn any fingies.
