When I bought my Instant Pot, Monkey Bread is one of the first recipies i tried and it worked out great. Since then I have made it with nuts, as you mentioned, and also with chopped up apple pieces, which go great with the cinnamon. Even pieces of cranberries would be yummy. Your videos are so clear and simple and a real confidence booster for beginners. Thanks!

I just wanted to thank you for this great recipe! It snuck up on me while I was watching some of the videos that Indigo Nili told us were there. I had no plans at all to make this today but I am! Mine is still pressure cooking, and I have loved Monkey Bread when I could find it already made. I couldn't taste the butter so it was ok. Since I'm making it myself and since I can't normally do dairy I'm subbing coconut oil since the oil needs to be melted. So glad Indigo Nili put me on to your videos! I'll check out your website too! I've been following Indigo Nili for about a year and a half or so by now and will for the rest of my life. Thanks again, and I'm sure it'll turn out fine! Take care! Edited to mention that I had some and it super super fantastic! I never knew I could make something like this here! The coconut oil didn't change a thing, taste-wise! Thanks a millionfold!!!!!! I will be recommending this one to everyone I know who cooks and has an IP!!!!

Yeah! I can make this vegan! I'm making it as part of our Christmas breakfast! I would love a recipe for an English steamed pudding. Making it regularly it has to steam for up to 7 hours. Thanks for a great recipe!

Here from indigo nili. Wow, what a simple recipe, thanks for sharing – yum! I love your idea of pecans on top. I just got a CrispLid, so I will try browning the top after pressure cooking so I can play with my new toy.
