Deb…I'm 74 and have a slow cooker that I use. I'm not going to be buying anymore extra things for the kitchen…but I AM going to make this in my slow cooker! YUM! Looks like we do almost the same thing, I LOVE to add 5 pepperoncini peppers, some beef stock and a few pats of butter in with the Roast before I pressure cook the meat. It really does gives it a little bit of a "kick" 😊
Thank you, sir. May I have another? Yum! And, you can never go wrong with mashed potatoes and corn. Raising my 3 children as a single mom (they’re adults now), mashed potatoes and corn complemented our meat dishes. And, if I remember, I think my mom served this, too. Love your channel.

Hello Deb and happy Saturday! So good to see you and a new YT video. How is your Husband doing? I love pot roast. I make mine on top of the stove. I like to add carrots, potatoes and celery to mine. It also makes its own gravy, so I don't have to do that separate. Your pot roast meal looks so delicious! Tfs and sending Cali love. XOXO
