It is just me and hubby but he doesn't really like one pot rice meals but I love them! I'm gonna make this for myself tonight! Its like super comfort meal for me because I grew up on one pot meals like this! My mom was the queen of one pot wonders! Bless her, I miss her! I miss these meals!

Oh I have got to try this as I love burger rice/potato dishes. I'm 72 & I had thought that the domestic ship had sailed the last few years….no interest what so ever in cooking or much eating but it seems to have come marching back into my life.
